1. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Studio TKIR, LTD. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to source code, 3D assets, audio files, and visual design. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Studio TKIR for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Studio TKIR.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Studio TKIR.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Studio TKIR without explicit written consent.
- Redistribute content from Studio TKIR (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
2. Software & Game Usage
All software and video games provided by Studio TKIR, LTD. are licensed, not sold. By purchasing or downloading our software (e.g., Callsign DJ 001), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software provided by Studio TKIR, LTD. is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
Studio TKIR, LTD. operates with both one-time payment models (for individual game titles) and subscription models (for bespoke software services). All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download has commenced, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds are only issued in the event of a critical technical failure that prevents the software from operating as described.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Studio TKIR, LTD., nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our software. Studio TKIR, LTD. shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
